Peanut butter is a staple in the American Diet. It’s versatile, delicious and actually quite nutritious. In fact, about 75% of American households have a jar of peanut butter in it and rightfully so. The classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich never go out of style because it’s so quick, easy and tasty. On average, Americans spend almost $800 million a year on peanut butter. That’s enough peanut butter to cover the floor of the Grand Canyon!
Here at Boston Burger Company, we are also peanut butter lovers. So much that we’ve incorporated the wonderful nutty spread into a few of our menu items. Looking to celebrate National Peanut Butter Day with us? Here’s what you should get:
The King Burger: This is a bite that Elvis would surely approve of. Inspired by his iconic favorite sandwich, this burger is loaded with sweet yet salty flavors. Covered in peanut butter, bacon, fried bananas and dusted with cinnamon sugar, you Can’t Help Falling in Love with this burger. ?

It starts with a base of vanilla ice cream and includes peanut butter, banana and chocolate sauce, finished off with a chocolate chip and peanut butter rim. It’s okay to drool, we certainly are.
The King Frappe: Just like the burger, this frappe is inspired by the King of Rock and Roll himself. It features vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, banana, bacon and finished off with a candied banana and peanut butter rim. Grab a friend and try it out, if you even want to share this one!
Kit Has Gone Nuts: Only available for a limited time, this Boston Burger Fan Designed #FreakFrappe is full of nutty flavors!
